Hi! I'm Enna, the founder of Enzo Solutions
Since 2021, I’ve worked with Beauty Sekrets Clinic as a virtual executive assistant, helping manage the daily details that keep a busy clinic running smoothly. That experience inspired me to create Enzo Solutions and bring the same care and support to other business owners.
I know how much goes into running a business beyond what your clients see. My goal is to give you someone you can count on—for the messages, schedules, follow-ups and little details that deserve attention.

Packages cover one agreed service month. Unused hours expire at the end of that month and do not carry over. Purchases do not renew automatically. Read our refund and cancellation policy.

Do I have to choose a monthly package?
No. Hourly support and custom packages can be discussed based on your needs.
Can you help with DMs and booking tools?
Yes. We can work with your approved business accounts and tools after agreeing on access and response expectations.
Do you provide employee management?
We can assist with scheduling, staff communication and onboarding administration. Formal HR, payroll and employment decisions are outside the standard packages.
Is support available around the clock?
Support is provided during working hours agreed with your business before a package begins.

Refund and cancellation policy
Enzo Solutions packages are purchased one month at a time and do not renew automatically. You will not be charged for another month unless you choose to purchase one.
Unused hours expire at the end of the agreed service month. They do not carry over or get added to a future package.
Package payments are non-refundable if you change your mind, end the service early, or do not use all the included hours.
To cancel your remaining scheduled support or ask a question about a payment, email enzovirtualagency@gmail.com. Please include your name and the package you purchased.
